In memory of big John Stewart, we sail today

Its 4am and just 8 hours to go before we set sail on our first leg of the sail around Ireland in memory of John Stewart. I wonder what he would have thought about all this, life can be so cruel.

Carol Stewart, my Sara and big John who this sail is in memory of.
Rest in eternal peace John, it was a pleasure to know you.

Its been a hectic rush this past few weeks getting the boat ready. Des Brown and Danny Payne are accompanying Tobin and I on the first leg of our voyage to Howth Marina, just north of Dublin. Stopping at Ballycastle and Ardglass, we expect to get to Howth late on Wednesday evening.

Dont forget you can track the "Stoney B" using the yellow brick tracking system. Just click on the link at the top of the blog page.
